Bio - Anne Cooper, RN DO MMedHum (Syd)

Anne graduated from International Colleges of Osteopathy in 1989. She had worked in television, real estate and as a Registered Nurse until the happy accident that led her to Osteopathic Medicine. Anne is a Life Member of Osteopathy Australia, and has served on the Osteopathy Board of Australia as the NSW member. She also served a full 9 year term as President of the NSW Osteopathy Council, which oversees the conduct, performance and health of Osteopaths in NSW. She is an adherent and practitioner of structural Osteopathy, with a particular interest in treating older people and those with complex presentations who feel they have been dismissed or unheard in the health care system. Her career has been immensely rewarding, and she is proud and grateful to have had the opportunity to have mentored more than 80 new graduates since 1992. She is one of four osteopaths, soon to be six, and hopefully more, in her largely healthcare focused family, and she is quite chuffed about that.  Anne is a shocking cook and has no hobbies or talents apart from her practice of Osteopathy. In 2021, Anne was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for her services to Osteopathy.

Bio - Ian Cassidy

Dr Ian Cassidy is an Australian-based health professional. Ian is trained as an Osteopath and practices in Wollongong. Ian is a qualified Osteopath, Exercise physiologist and has completed Vestibular course Level 1 & 2.
