About the course

This course will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and frameworks to safely and effectively prescribe movement and exercise-based rehab for a broad range of musculoskeletal presentations.

Whether you're working with:

  • Sedentary clients needing mobility and stability

  • Post-injury clients requiring progressive rehab

  • Active clients managing training loads or recurring niggles

You’ll leave with clinical decision-making tools and hands-on strategies you can start applying the next day.

Core Modules:

  1. Foundations of Exercise Prescription

    • Movement fundamentals and principles of loading

    • Regressions, progressions, and contextual adaptations

  2. Lower Limb Module

    • Common injuries and movement dysfunctions

    • Assessment tools and loading strategies

    • Squat, hinge, lunge, and single-leg variations

  3. Trunk Module

    • Core stability, mobility, and integrated movement control

    • Lumbar spine conditions and rehab strategies

    • Movement programming for strength and injury prevention

  4. Upper Limb Module

    • Horizontal/vertical push and pull patterns

    • Arc patterns for shoulder health

    • Loading strategies across mobility to strength spectrum

Learning Style:
Expect a dynamic mix of theory and practical application. This course includes hands-on breakout sessions, case discussions, and movement labs. Participants are encouraged to actively take part in all practical components.
